Very happy with my Wing bike. I'm 72 but makes me feel I'm in my 30's. Customer support excellent. Fit and finish superb. Assembled myself, not rocket science. Lowest assistance level on flat ground gets me up to 15 mph. Good battery endurance (I purchased the most powerful battery). Caveats. Bike is heavy. Do not buy if you need to carry it up stairs to an apartment. Not good on steep hills. Wonderful for the coastal plain of Northeast Massachusetts, not so much for the Rockies. I might have gotten a better bike for 2 to 3 times the cost (a light carbon fiber e-bike, for example) but I'm delighted with my Wing and think I made the best choice.

Bought one Freedom ST for my girlfriend. We liked it so much, she bought a second Freedom ST for me. On the purchase of the 2nd bike, I requested 2 throttle controls which were approved on the order but only one throttle arrived with the 2nd bike. One email to Wingbikes and the 2nd throttle was on my doorstep in 2 days. Wonderful bikes and wonderful customer service.

Love, love, love this bike! Initially, I thought that I wouldn't get enough exercise on an electric bike and was a little wary when i received it for my birthday, but I was totally wrong. This bike is light enough that you can easily peddle it (unlike some of the other electric bikes out there) without assist if you want. However, since I know that I can get help if I want it, it has encouraged me to go on much longer bike rides than I would have even considered before owning the Freedom ST. My son, used to work at a bike rental place & was the one that recommend Wing Bikes. As I am in my late 60's and have been active all of my life and love being outdoors, this has been a real blessing. After seeing how much I like this bike and having tried it out himself, my husband now, also, owns a Freedom ST! Would recommend it to anyone considering an electric bike!!!
