peace OF MIND - RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your bike and we’re pretty confident that once you start riding a Wing, you’ll love it. But not everyone has the ability to test ride or demo a Wing before deciding to buy.
To help ensure that your Wing is exactly the right bike for you, we’re happy to offer a 10-day no questions asked return policy on all bikes purchased through wingbikes.com.For those that have not had the chance to test ride before ordering, the following conditions apply:
To initiate a return, please contact Wing directly. You’ll pay a one-time $200 fee on any bike return. Returns can only be made with the original packing materials, so hold onto all original contents of the package. You are responsible for ensuring that the bike is safely packed and returned to Wing's showroom in NYC. It must be received in new condition. We will need photos and video of the bike's condition, and the LCD screen with the bike powered on. We cannot accept returns on bikes with more than 5 miles on the odometer.

Restocking Fee

For the returns of new and unused e-bikes within 10 days of receipt. Please note we'll charge a $200 restocking fee.
For the return of used e-bikes within 10 days, we charge a restocking fee that is 20% of the total order value.
Deliveries that are refused will be charged a $200 flat fee to partially cover our handling costs.Approved returns of defective items within 10 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible about this.
Our return policy is valid 10 days from the date of delivery. The bike must be in brand-new condition for the return authorization to be approved.For bicycles and accessories purchased at a Wing dealer (not at wingbikes.com), or any third party, our return policy is not available and returns are subject to the discretion of the dealer.

Once your order has been placed, any cancellation requests fall under the above return policy and will be subject to the $200 fee. Additionally, if the shipment details have been passed to our shipping carrier, you will also be liable for the return shipping cost. Address change requests are subject to a fee. Purchases from outside the 48 states (Hawaii, Alaska, International), cannot be returned and the customer is always responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes that are due within their own country. Wing is not responsible for any import costs associated with customs, duties and taxes from outside the USA. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the costs associated with importing a product into the country it is shipping to.
