Shipping Policy

Shipping takes approximately 1-7 business days, depending on destination.

We have 4 shipping options available:

  • FedEx Ground
  • Local Courier in select markets
  • USA Bike Shipping (Lower 48 States Only)
  • NYC Pickup and Assembly: for customers local to NYC who would like their 

We no longer offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

Refusing any shipment will result in the customer being responsible for the shipment cost each way. It is the buyer's responsibility to only make a purchase if they are certain they want to proceed with their order. Orders cannot be changed after they are placed.

Once placed, the warehouse needs 3-4 days to process your order. You will receive a notification with tracking information once the order has shipped.

*Please Note* : Please ensure you are happy with your order and all the order details are correct before completing checkout. Once your order has been placed, any cancellation requests fall under the above return policy and will be subject to the $200 fee. Additionally, if the shipment details have been passed to our shipping carrier, you will also be liable for the return shipping cost. Address changes and all other order modification requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a fee.

Restocking Fee:

  • For the returns of new and unused e-bikes within 10 days of receipt. Please note we'll charge a $200 restocking fee.
  • For the return of used e-bikes within 10 days, we charge a restocking fee that is 20% of the total order value.
  • Deliveries that are refused will be charged a $200 flat fee to partially cover our handling costs.
  • Approved returns of defective items within 10 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible about this.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, we cannot guarantee any processing and/or shipping times.

Fedex is experiencing heavy delays and sometimes not showing movement in their network for several days after fulfillment.

Please allow 3-5 business days before contacting us for an update. If you have received a tracking number, don't worry, your order has been processed and is on its way to you.

Wingbikes is not responsible for the loss of packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.
